Where Music, Confidence and Progress Come Together.

L.S. Music Studio was created with one simple belief: music lessons should be an experience that students genuinely look forward to. Learning music should not feel like a chore or something a student is pressured into doing. Instead, lessons should create a space where students feel comfortable, encouraged and excited to discover what they are capable of.

Every student who walks through the studio door is different. They have different personalities, learning styles, musical interests and goals, which is why lessons are personally adapted to suit each individual student. Whether they are taking their very first music lesson, developing their technique, preparing for a performance or working towards a specific musical goal, the aim is always to help them grow at a pace that is both challenging and enjoyable.

Sihan’s Story

With a background spanning classical piano, contemporary vocals and professional performance, Sihan brings a broad and versatile musical perspective to every lesson at L.S. Music Studio.

She began her classical piano training from a young age of 3 and achieved ABRSM Grade 8 Piano with High Distinction, ranking among the top scorers for her examination. She later completed her ABRSM Piano Diploma, alongside extensive training in classical piano at the School of the Arts Singapore (SOTA). Her classical foundation continues to shape the way she teaches technique, musicality, discipline and expressive playing.

Sihan went on to pursue her passion for contemporary music and graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Popular Music Performance (Voice) from Monash University in Australia. Her experience spans both classical and contemporary music, allowing her to work with students interested in everything from classical piano and examination preparation to pop vocals, performance and building confidence as a singer.

As a performer, Sihan has appeared on Australian national television, performing on By Popular Demand, and has performed at major venues and events in Singapore. She has performed at the Esplanade and has been invited to perform at various prestigious events, including a performance at the Singapore Indoor Stadium alongside renowned pianist Niu Niu. She has also had the opportunity to perform before the President of Singapore at a formal event.

Her achievements extend beyond performance. Sihan was awarded second place in an international New York music competition, reflecting her dedication to both musical excellence and performance. She continues to perform regularly while developing her own artistic work and teaching the next generation of musicians.

Today, Sihan founded L.S. Music Studio with the belief that effective music education should be both encouraging and purposeful. Her lessons are personalised to each student’s ability, personality and goals, whether they are taking their very first lesson, preparing for examinations, developing their singing technique, or working towards becoming a more confident performer.

Above all, Sihan believes that students learn best when they feel comfortable, supported and genuinely excited to make music. Her teaching combines a fun and positive environment with clear technical guidance, personalised feedback and structured practice materials, helping students make meaningful progress both inside and outside the studio.
